[size=12pt][font=Times New Roman] C[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]、近期校学生会对学生餐厅的菜价做了详细调查。现在在学生餐厅就餐，一份纯素菜的价钱大约的[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]2[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]元，一份带有少量肉类的菜的价钱大约是[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]3.5[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]元[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman],[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]一份精细小炒的菜价大约是[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]4.5[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]元。上学期学生餐厅菜价上涨后大部分同学们每餐饭平均多支出[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]1.5[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]元，每月生活费平均多支出一百多元，对于家庭条件一般的同学是不小的压力，而这类同学所占的比例很高。甚至部分同学反映，他们已经吃不起学校的饭菜了，特别是每月的生活费固定的同学，他们的生活质量有不同程度的下降，在繁重的学习任务中，他们营养很难得到保证。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[font=宋体][size=12pt]（[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]2[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]）与此同时，同学们还希望餐饮服务中心在不上涨菜品价格的同时，单份菜的数量和质量也不要下降。虽然上学期菜价已有小幅度的上涨，但是一部分菜的数量和质量仍有不小的下降。对此很多同学都反应强烈，希望学校稳定学生餐厅的价格，并继续提高学生餐厅的服务质量。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]

[font=宋体][size=12pt]从上学期起，学校门口的小摊上的生意就十分火爆，在一些小吃摊点前，同学们排起了长队。据了解，排队买饭的同学大都要帮几个同学带饭。吸引同学们到小摊点吃饭的主要原因就为在这些小摊上吃一顿的价钱比在学校餐厅大约能省一块多钱。而且学校餐厅在供应时间上还不能满足同学们的需求，在第二节下课后学生餐厅就很少菜供应了。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[font=宋体][size=12pt]显然校外食品摊点的卫生状况十分令人担忧，长期在存在安全隐患的地方吃饭，同学们的身体健康很难得到保证，发生群体性卫生事件的几率也很高。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[font=宋体][size=12pt]（[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]4[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]）同学们还希望学校督促餐饮服务中心加强精细化管理降低餐厅运行成本，自身消化因原料价格上涨导致的成本增加因素，尽量不把成本上涨的压力转嫁到学生身上。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]

[font=宋体][size=12pt]二、学校督促餐饮服务中心增加餐厅成本核算的透明度，向同学们公布餐厅运行成本，并吸纳学生共同参与学生餐厅监督管理。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
