这首MV是Axl Rose本人生活经历的映射。主要描写了他失去的爱情，他的悲伤，他处在边缘的理智，他接受精神治疗的情景，和他对重生的渴望。最著名的地方还有Slash站在悬崖边弹的那段吉他。
MV中，两位主唱的女友皆因他们的不够珍惜而伤心离去，甚至香消玉陨，mtv用很长的篇幅来追忆从前的美好时光，悔恨的心痛表达的淋漓尽致。在结尾的哀鸣中，主唱AXL ROSE迎着从窗顶透射进的光尘颤抖双手，倏的一支美丽的白鸽振翅而去。
